Atún en conserva Gourmet

Disfrutar del atún en aceite de oliva es mucho más gratificante si es casero, no sólo está más sabroso, además es mucho más natural, incluso utilizando las mejores materias primas.

Es interesante aprovechar la época de captura del bonito del Norte (Thunnus alalunga), que va desde junio a octubre aproximadamente, para hacer nuestras propias conservas de atún.

Lo puedes acompañar con tostadas o crocantes he incorporarle desde un pico de gallo hasta verduras mixtas pero de preferencia este se come solo.
